At Peace & Mind, I help people reconnect with balance, clarity, and resilience. Through a unique blend of Yoga, Sound Therapy, Reiki, and Transformative Wellbeing Coaching, I support both organisations and individuals in creating lasting change.
For corporate teams, my workshops provide practical tools to manage stress, improve focus, and enhance workplace wellbeing. For individuals, my sessions offer a restorative space to release energetic blockages, reconnect with the body, and find a deeper sense of harmony.
Whether in the workplace, on the mat, or in their personal healing journey my work is about empowering people to thrive in both their professional and personal lives.
Why?
For over a decade, I worked in the fast-paced corporate world, and I saw first-hand how stress, burnout, and constant pressure impacted both people and performance. Over the years, I turned to yoga, meditation, sound healing, and various other practices as a way to stay grounded and connected. These practices not only helped me navigate my own challenges, but also sparked a passion to share them with others.
After more than 10 years of studying and practicing these modalities, I founded Peace & Mind to bring these tools into both corporate and personal spaces. My mission is simple: to help people feel balanced, resilient, and empowered.
This isn’t just a career for me, it’s a calling. I believe that when we create space to recharge and reconnect, we unlock the potential to thrive in every area of life.

Corporate Wellbeing
Boost team energy, focus, and resilience with online workshops and wellbeing days designed to reduce stress and prevent burnout. From yoga and meditation to sound healing and interactive sessions, help your team feel balanced, motivated, and connected.
Wellbeing days can be either online or in-person (London, Sussex, East Sussex).
Services

Sound & Reiki Healing
These private sessions combine the restorative vibrations of crystal sound with the gentle flow of Reiki to shift energy, balance the nervous system, and reconnect you with your inner calm. Ideal as a complementary therapy, they can support stress reduction, emotional release, sleep challenges, chronic tension, and overall energy balance, helping your body and mind find harmony.
Reiki and Sound Healing can be also be booked as separate therapies.

Yoga
Step out of the busy mind and into the body with gentle, meditative yoga. Focusing on the breath and mindful movement, these classes help you release tension, cultivate calm, and reconnect with your inner stillness—perfect for restoring balance and clarity in everyday life.
