Hello, I'm Megan. After a decade working in fast-paced corporate media, navigating burnout, restructures and constant change, I experienced first-hand how pressure and pace can affect mental wellbeing and team performance.
I created Peace & Mind to move workplace wellbeing beyond support and into empowerment. Through neuroscience-based mindset and performance training, I help organisations and teams build the mental skills required to perform well under pressure, within environments designed for sustainable performance.
Peace & Mind's Approach
As opposed to 'tick-box' wellbeing day's, I have created a programme that engages and educates teams, creating lasting change and tangible results. My approach is simple;

As an ICF Certified Coach and Wellbeing Practitioner, I move beyond theory-led wellbeing. My work uses experiential, neuroscience-based methods to build awareness, agency and mental skills that employees can use day to day at work.
