Hello, I'm Megan. After a decade in fast-paced corporate advertising, navigating burnout and constant pressure, I experienced first-hand how mindset affects performance and wellbeing.

I created Peace & Mind to help individuals and teams unlock their full potential. Through neuroscience-backed coaching and training, I work with high-performers ready to go after their goals and organisations building sustainable, empowered teams. Whether it's overcoming self-doubt, building mental clarity, or performing under pressure - I help you master the mindset required for lasting success.
